Alicia’s yoga practice, on and off the mat, is a constant state of evolution and consistent revolution. She has explored Ashtanga yoga, restorative/yin yoga, prenatal yoga, creative yinyasa flow, hatha, bhakti, breath-work, Ayurveda, holistic nutrition and more.
With over 20 years as a teacher, studio owner, creative director , teacher trainer and Ayurvedic Wellness practitioner Alicia continues to learn and expand personally and professionally.
